Ok guys, since this is a complete rebuild of this faction's rules. I am enacting new rules to better suit our needs and create the best possible playing environment.

RPK - We are not an RPK faction per se. However, since a lot of high level members find the game boring after a certain point, I am going to allow RPK for members 80+ ONLY. Members in this range will generally be able to handle themselves. There are stipulations to this rule. You MUST stay within your level range. Do not go PKing players that are 10 or 20 levels lower than you are. This keeps things fair and should keep from marking us as bullies. I understand that you can't see a person's level with pinpoint accuracy, so use common sense. Only PK in areas that are known for people of that area being, such as the desert, the Frostcover area, Sanctuary area, Burning heart area, and Dreamweaver area. There are others, but I leave that for you to explore. If a lower level character is wandering around in a high level area, they are fair game.

You are allowed to PK people who are red named and on KOS at any level. This allows our lower level people to PVP as well.

I want this to be a drama free faction. I don't have to explain what drama is as most of us see it in World Chat everyday. This is simple so I won't go too deep into this.

Don't start fights you can't finish. We are here to back you up, but if you are talking trash and starting issues, you will be on your own. If you are giving this faction a bad reputation, you will be subject to dismissal. We want fighters, not punks.

I expect all members to be active. I consider active to be roughly 10 hours or more a week. We all know everyone here has a life, so I will be lenient on this if I know ahead of time that you have something coming up or going on. However, there are members who have alternates in this faction that log on for a few minutes a month. These people will be dismissed.

All officers are expected to uphold the rules of this faction and to recruit new members. If you can not handle this responsibility, then please let me know so that I may assign the position to someone who can. This is a basic breakdown for the faction positions:

Commissioner - Basic faction member. Only required to be active and help  members who are lower level.

Executor - Required to assist members whenever able. Expected to recruit as  many members as possible. Expected to be active and helpful in the faction.

Marshal - As a high level officer, you are expected to lead BH/FB/TT/and quest parties. It is your responsibility to ensure that members following rules and help with guild functions. This position also embodies those who are the strategic leads of our faction in their own right Marshals bring something unique to the table. Also Marshal's should be recruiting as much as possible.(If possible)

Director - As second in command, you are expected to perform the same functions of the marshal to the best of your ability while maintaining order and discipline within the faction. It is your responsibility to lead the officers and ensure that the needs of the faction are being met within reason. It is expected that you defend our members so that they can level and quest as safely as possible.

Leader - The leader is expected to resolve any issues that arise in which the officers are either unable or unavailable to resolve. The leader shall coordinate with the Director and Marshal's to ensure that the faction is moving in the best direction and make changes as necessary.

All officers shall respect the words of EBAY as the faction inspirational speaker gives basic information to the faction so our officers don't get winded doing these basic informative messages.
A lot of rules so far, but we're almost done.

All members whether officer or not, should always be on the lookout for possible new members. We need to get our numbers up so we can be a formidable force.

Members are required to level as much as possible. The level requirement will only continue to rise and those falling behind will be cut from faction. There are a few special exceptions to these rules in certain instances, but only Marshal and above have the authority to make this exception..

That's it for now. Keep checking for updates as we grow and develop.
